The greenhouse climate is very difficult to optimise due to complex relationships between light, temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, nutrients and the plants themselves. In order to maximise all inputs and therefore profits, these relationships must be controlled very carefully. The Intégro is the ultimate in integrated greenhouse environmental control.
The environment control in the Priva Intégro is fully adaptable to every type of greenhouse structure, and all possible climate conditions. Priva has more than 50 years of experience in greenhouse climate control, all around the world.
Temperature integration control ensures an optimum heating and ventilation strategy based on available energy. The plant temperature model calculates the temperature of the plant based on current conditions. The Priva Intégro can then adjust the humidity control to the temperature of the plant rather than the air conditions around the plant, enhancing control & energy savings. - Energy Management
The energy management system controls all the different types of heat storage including the most sophisticated Open Buffer Heat Storage systems. The Intégro visualises your energy consumption with the heat capacity in kW per compartment, per heat source and the reserved capacity that is necessary for future peak demands.
The Intégro provides a new way of controlling energy supply and demand, which is more efficient and economical. The control system calculates the energy demand in advance based on the set climate strategy and the trend in weather information. This allows the grower to adjust the climate strategy or energy management to flatten out the peak demand or save on energy. - Cooling Control
The Priva Intégro can accurately control multiple ventilation systems, including roof ventilation and exhaust fans. Active cooling can take place by means of shading, fogging, roof sprinklers, misting, or pad and fan. The many possibilities of humidity control ensure an optimum balance between temperature and required air humidity. Circulation fans can also be regulated if there is insufficient air circulation in the greenhouse. - Heating
Heating and ventilation make allowances for each other in order to avoid unnecessary heat loss. The calculated heating temperature is influenced by the presence of air humidity and will be increased if the air humidity becomes too high. The combination with the ventilation control causes the excess moisture to be purged.
Intégro enables you to have the circulation pumps run faster or slower depending upon the heating requirement. This can result in large savings of electricity. - CO2 Enrichment
CO2 obtained by the burning of gas can be dosed into the greenhouse to stimulated growth. If CO2 is required for optimum growth of the crop and heating is not, the Intégro ensures the best possible balance between CO2 production, temperature in the greenhouse and maximum permitted energy consumption. - Water Management
The Intégro also offers numerous possibilities in the area of water management. As well as standard possibilities to start watering based on the measured indoor and outdoor climate, various supplementary starting possibilities are available. For example, you can start watering based on the calculated transpiration, or the moisture level of the substrate.
You can leave the entire water management to the Intégro and it’s possible to separate the water flows within your greenhouse, depending on the composition. For example, you can select the tank which should provide the water and to which tank the water should be returned after use.
The Intégro gives precise control of nutrient injection systems and gives total control of irrigation and water recycling and treatment. - Modular & Easy to Expand
