In early November the Powerplants sales team headed to Holland to attend Horti Fair 2011, the annual Horticultural tradeshow event in Europe.
The tradeshow attracts thousands of visitors each year and is the place to see new innovation in all things horticultural.
For the first time this year Powerplants exhibited as part of the Priva stand representing the Australasian region. This gave us great exposure and increased our profile with customers and suppliers from various regions around the world.
The exhibition enabled us some great networking opportunities, where we met with a number of existing and potential customers.
After Horti Fair we visited various suppliers in and around Amsterdam. We are looking at new business opportunities with a number of suppliers approaching us to be agents or represent their products in the Australasian region. Therefore there will be many exciting developments in 2012.
Overall we had a very successful trip, specifically in strengthening our relationship with Priva as the key dealer in this region.
After a busy 2011, we look forward to a challenging and fulfilling 2012.
