Customisable Pipe Rail Trolleys for Your Specific Needs
The complete trolley with hydraulic scissors is designed to create a safe working platform in combination with a stable pipe rail system. They meet or exceed Australian Health & Safety Regulations.
Moving from path to path is done with help of four manually or hydraulically operated, double bearing push up wheels.
Various options are available for all trolleys to customise to your requirements: single manual scissors, double scissors or hydraulic scissors, different pipe spacings, picking bins (for capsicums etc).
We carry most of these trolleys in stock, but call us early due to long lead-times if not in stock (16-20 weeks)
Spare parts are kept in stock in Melbourne and we have several trained technicians if repairs are needed.
All the trolleys have electronic speed control with smooth speed control of 0 to 40m per minute.
The floor pedal can be used as a driving pedal (push to drive) or as braking pedal (push to brake). The display shows the function.
The control panel has a battery condition meter, which warns when the batteries are getting low. For tomato or capsicum operations, a 12VDC outlet is fitted to power truss pollinators.
All trolleys are equipped with a special charging plug, with the batteries easily accessible. Batteries recharge during braking, resulting in increased lifetime. You will need 1 charger per 2 trolleys.
Trolleys are typically set up for 60cm pipe spacing for Australia.

With the water-resistant, smooth surface the BENOMIC can be cleaned easily. This will increase the hygiene level in your greenhouse and reduce viruses and other infections. No bolts or edges, holes or other obstacles where dirt can and will stick. Also the plants will benefit from the smooth surface and crop damage will be reduced.
Scissor
The speed of the lift have been improved. Compared to the BRW 185 the lift is almost twice as fast, from 0,11 to 0,25 m. per second. Also the maximum lift capacity has increased from 250 to 300 kg.
Simplicity / Maintenance
After lifting the top cover, all service parts are easily accessible. This will simplify the maintenance works and in the end will reduce costs.

Motor control
The BENOMIC is equipped with a very reliable motor management system controlling the driving speed from slow to fast by means of a simple potmeter. This system ensures enough power when moving at very low speeds.
Elevator
With one push on the button the BENOMIC lift itself up. This makes it possible to manoeuvre the trolley sideways from path to path.
Platform height
Due to its unique design the platform is easily accessible in its lowest position.

Pneumatic Trolleys B-Air 1400 & B-Air 2000

Pipe Rail Trolley BRW170 - Double Scissor, Lever Lift
This trolley has a full push-button operated hydraulic lifting platform, which greatly reduces effort and labour of climbing ladders and raising and lowering the platform by hand. When added up, this labour is significant.
The working platform is 170cm long and can be easily adjusted from 73cm to 270cm above the ground with a push of a button. This makes it perfect for working with wire heights of up to 4.5 meters.
The undercarriage is lowered by pulling on a handle, then the trolley can be pushed to the next path.
